Summer Series: Social Media Successes for Jewish Educators

Give yourself a little kick in the tush.
Learn from your friends. Get good ideas. Take action.

Wednesdays 1-2 PM EST / 10-11 PST

June 20, June 27, July 11, July 18, and July 25

Jewish educators are eager to learn powerful social media tools, and to use them in purposeful ways that engage families, teach students, and simplify administration. Following both 2011 groundbreaking conferences on technology and Jewish education, NATE and JEA members have been asking for more opportunities to learn from experts and each other. Join us for the second annual summer series for Jewish educators!

This summer we’re offering a series of 5 webinars that will feature fundamentals presented by Darim Online, followed by case studies from real educators doing very interesting work. Themes will include:

  • Family Engagement
  • Community Building
  • Professional Development
  • Making Jewish educators
  • Curricular uses most available to the community.

Got great examples of any of these in your work? We want to know! You could be honored for your work and invited to present on our webinars. Share your most interesting work here:

Registration includes all 5 webinars (live, plus recordings), plus links to replay the 6 webinars from last summer: Congregational Education in a Networked World, Facebook Strategies, Twitter strategies, Blogging to Support Jewish Journeys, Classroom Widgets and Gadgets, and Jewish Educators as Social Media Change Agents.

Cost is $100. Mark your calendar and register now!
