Darim Online works to empower and encourage staff and lay leadership of Jewish organizations to align their work for success in the digital age, and to use today's available tools and strategies to achieve their goals.  We work with individuals, teams, organizations, and full communities to advance their work, through training, coaching and consulting, on short term and long term projects.

The Darim Online Learning Network is a webinar series open to all.  Many events are free, others have a small charge to cover expenses.  We also offer series from time to time with guest experts to provide a deeper experience.  For example, Andrea Berry from Idealware co-presented a 3-part series with Lisa Colton on synagogue membership management and databases in Fall, 2011.

Darim coaches offer assistance to help you move forward in your work.  A series of 1 hour coaching appointments can help you progress in less elapsed time, with greater efficiency and higher quality than you could do alone.  Learn from experts, find the right tools and learn from others who have already developed similar initiatives.

Darim staff consult on many projects, from local initiatives to planning, allocations, grant reviews and strategic plans for local and national organizations.

Social Media Boot Camps are long term programs (minimum 6 months, up to a year, or more) that train and propel a cohort of organizations forward in their work.  Boot Camps are often funded by a Federation for a local group of organizations, or a foundation for a group of their grantees or organizations in their area of focus.

Lisa Colton, Founder and President of Darim Online, as well as other Darim staff are available for speaking and presentations at conferences, to local groups or even for your staff.  We offer in person training in 60 min, 90 min, half day and full day seminars, and webinars in 60 and 90 minute formats.
